William N. Hudson Jr., CEO

Bill is the founder and principal of Hudson Advisor Services, Inc. He was formerly the Executive Vice President of the Investment Services Division at Marine Midland Bank (HSBC Bank, USA), overseeing estate, trust, and investment management services. Prior to that, he served as the Division Executive of the bank’s Municipal Securities and Corporate Banking Division in Western New York.

Bill is currently a Trustee of the Buffalo Chapter of the American Red Cross, a board member of Exxpress Tire, and the Treasurer and Investment Committee Chairman at the VNA and Hospice Foundation. His past roles include being a board member, treasurer, and investment committee chairman at the Humane Society of Vero Beach, a Trustee of the Nichols School and chairman of their Endowment Committee, a Trustee of the Park School, a Trustee of the Buffalo State College Foundation, and a Director of Nova Casualty Insurance Company.

He holds a BA in banking and finance from the University of Florida and is a graduate of both the Investment Banking Institute and the National School of Bank Investments. Bill served as a captain and helicopter pilot in the U.S. Army Medical Service Corps during the Vietnam War. He and his wife, Frances, reside in Vero Beach, Florida, and Williamsville, New York.

David D. Burrows, President

David joined Hudson Advisor Services, Inc. in 2003 after working for Goldman Sachs, where he was Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer for the Goldman Sachs Trust Company. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he was a Managing Director in the Investment Management Division of J.P. Morgan and helped individuals and families with their investments as well as their trust and financial planning. During a career spanning 30 years in financial services, Mr. Burrows has lived and worked in France, Belgium, Singapore and Malaysia and has had responsibilities spanning banking, securities and project finance. He graduated from Columbia University in New York and has been a Co-Chairman of the American Banking Association Trust and Private Banking Committee.

David is a trustee and treasurer of the Winston Churchill Foundation of the United States. He and his wife Nanette have two daughters and live in Greenwich, Connecticut and Vero Beach, Florida.

Michael P. McGee, CTFA, Managing Director, Private Wealth Advisor

Mike joined Hudson in 2024 as Managing Director and Private Wealth Advisor. Bringing over three decades of experience in wealth management, Mike is a highly accomplished professional with a wealth of experience.

Prior to joining Hudson, Mike held leadership positions at renowned financial institutions including Wilmington Trust, Wachovia, PNC, and most recently, Morgan Stanley. His expertise in managing complex client portfolios and delivering personalized financial solutions has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor.

Mike’s commitment to community service extends beyond his professional endeavors. He actively serves on local boards such as the United Way, VNA Hospice, VNA Foundation, and Children’s Home Society, often contributing his financial acumen to these organizations.

Outside of work, Mike is a devoted family man. He’s been married to his wife, Susan, for 36 years, and together they have one child, Lindsey. In his spare time, Mike enjoys pursuing his passions. A lifelong musician, he has spent countless hours performing on stage. He’s also a dedicated sports enthusiast, cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Philadelphia Flyers. And when the opportunity arises, Mike can often be found enjoying a relaxing day of fishing.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Salisbury University and an MBA in Business Management from the Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University.

Jeremy C. Hudson, Vice President

Jeremy joined Hudson Advisor Services, Inc. in 1999 after earning a BS degree in finance from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is responsible for day to day client service and portfolio administration. Jeremy oversees the financial operations of the firm. Jeremy currently resides in Buffalo, New York. In the community Jeremy is involved with the following organizations:

  • Past Board Member Gateway Longview Foundation – Chairman Investment Committee
  • Past Board Member – American Red Cross Finger Lakes/WNY Regions (2011-2017)

William N. Hudson, III CFP®, Investment Consultant

Bill earned an M.B.A. from the University of Miami with a specialization in Finance and Telecommunications in 2000 with an award of Academic Merit and a B.A. from Denison University with a Major in Political Science and a Minor in Economics in 1996. Also, Bill has a certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University and has a CFP® designation.

Bill provides portfolio management and financial planning services to clients. In addition, Bill provides sales, trading, marketing, and operational support to Hudson Advisor Services, Inc. Prior to Graduate School, Bill worked for Franklin Templeton, a mutual fund company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Bill has worked in the Financial Services industry for over 18 years. Bill has two daughters and splits his time between the Washington D.C. area and the main office in Buffalo. In his spare time, Bill likes to play ice hockey, soccer, and volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.

Evan Coppola, Investment Consultant

Evan serves as an investment analyst and operations manager for Hudson Advisors. He feels privileged to work with each client to help achieve their goals, while protecting their livelihood. Evan is dedicated to making sure clients’ financial data is accurate and packaged to maximize effectiveness for clients and the Hudson team.

Evan supports the client relationship by working closely with Hudson’s Investment Committee to analyze and strategize appropriate investment plans. He applies his knowledge of investments and markets to review and maintain client portfolios in ways that are tax-efficient and aligned with the client’s risk profile, liquidity needs and goals.

Evan came to Hudson from Canisius College as an investment analyst intern in 2009 and was added to the team after his graduation in 2010. He received a B.S. in Finance and since then, he earned an MBA from Canisius College with a focus in Financial Services. Today he works with Hudson Advisors’ high-net-worth clients to fulfill their investment and financial planning needs according to various client goals.

In his free time, Evan can be found fishing Buffalo’s many rivers and Lake Erie. If he’s not by the water, Evan can be found visiting Buffalo’s museums, or reading about investing, technology, or history.

Chloe O’Loughlin

Chloe first joined Hudson Advisor Services, Inc. in September 2015 and is an important member of the team. She assists in the preparation of all meetings, administrative tasks and handles client service relations.

Prior to joining Hudson Advisors, Chloe worked at another Registered Investment Advisor as an Account Manager and Accounts Payable Administrator. She utilizes her background in customer service to maintain high quality client relationships.

On a daily basis Chloe handles a variety of client requests from start to finish with exceptional attention to detail. Chloe also works closely with our compliance officer ensuring effective compliance monitoring. Chloe continues to grow in her various roles within the firm.

In her spare time, Chloe enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her German Shepherd and Doberman-Bulldog mix dogs.

Heather Hudson Kinsella, Portfolio Operations

Heather has been assisting at Hudson Advisors with administrative and compliance duties since 2012. Recently she has taken on increased client service responsibilities for gathering and organizing certain necessary records and documents, monthly and quarterly statements, trade blotters, and calendars.

She has previous experience as an administrator and client service representative for Sintra Capital Corporation in New York City and as a compliance assistant for various customs brokerage firms in New York City and Chicago.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Denison University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Harrington Institute of Interior Design. She also studied in Spain at New York University.

Heather resides in Chicago; but loves spending time in Buffalo and visits frequently.  She has two children and a yellow lab, and loves spending time outdoors, interior design, cooking, and reading. She also loves substitute teaching whenever her schedule permits.
